I\'ve come to these conclusions:

You don\'t know how to RP sufficiently, as you type OOC in IC.
You believe that because you haven\'t got the biggest faction, you are bullied.
You believe that everything in the Admin\'s faction goes unquestioned and uncontested.
You believe that everything that happens while you\'re off is against you.
You believe your amazing ship is perfect, and the change in thrust mechanics shouldn\'t affect it as it affects everyone else on the server, because your ships are better.
You are jealous of the Admin\'s faction because it has more members.

Let me enlighten you:

OOC is accompanied by double-parenthesis, anything said out of character should be said like so: (( I am now OOC ))

The biggest faction is a loose-knit faction of engineers who wish to build, not conquer. This is a factor as to why people wish to join it, as conquering Starmade requires little effort, while large builds require teamwork.

The admin, AdmiralKio, asked for suggestions to make the server better. Among the suggestions were better AI and friction set to 0 to allow drifting without holding down W, as well as turning off starsystem revolution. All three were implimented with majority blessing, because we asked for it.

While you were off, I gave you a free ship and had to drift for several hours before being picked up by another player. Because I felt you needed an ego boost.

Amazing ships on some servers are nerfed on others, why? Because that\'s how different servers work. A rock with little thrust power is a rock hurtling through space with little thrust power.

You constantly argue about how the admin has total power because you are used to having admin powers on singleplayer, no? Well, thus far, AdmiralKio has used her admin powers a whole whopping three times. Once to teleport me back to her planet after I glitch-died, and another to give a drifting player a ship-core, and once right at the beginning to spawn some pirates to attack her in an event to get the server going.

Well done in your poorly constructed arguements, I hope to further tear apart your counter-arguement.

Character Name:Sypher riggings

Age:19

Bio: Sypher riggings was born to two loving parents aboard a large salvage and engineering ship. His parents taught him how to work with the various computers and machines aboard the vessel. At the age of 5 Sypher\'s home was boarded by the crew of a ship they had offered to repair, the invaders slaughtered most of the crew and set fire to the living areas, trapping Sypher\'s family in a burning metal box. He, however, was left bleeding near the generators with a massive gash across his leg. The raiders decided to take riggings and force him to work at the controls of the salvage beams they used to reap from other conquests.

Later, at the age of twelve, sypher was trained to operate the ship\'s cannons and fight in order to hold his own against a larger or more violent crew mate. Quickly, he grew in renown amongst his ship\'s crew, and any he was sold into or kidnapped by. At the age of seventeen, Sypher assisted several captured engineers fight against a ship\'s crew and steal one of it\'s smaller salvage ships, Despite starting his escape with the assistance of twelve people, he was the only one left when the small craft finally pulled away from it\'s housing.

Reason for applying: Well, I love to role play... and I love to play with others in factions and what not that actually use real diplomacy, tactics, and are driven more off of RP rather then player preference. I have enjoyed starmade for quite a while and have been looking for a new place to RP, when suddenly I was invited here. Well, that\'s about it... hope to see you in game!

Kicker I dont recall a challenge like not flying to be in the details when I joined. I only play singleplayer when building a ship or taking pictures. Which hasnt happened much yet. Im always MP. I\'m done here dont reply to what I say because I wont read it. Now go play on your nutty server while I go have some fun in servers that are more normal.

I\'ve said it time and time again, nobody else has a problem with the system, you imported a ship onto the server, the result being that your ship could handle well on an unrealistic server where space has air resistance, you don\'t have enough thrust to slow yourself. Stop whining and get your incapable ass back to servers that are more forgiving of your many, many transgressions and OOC rage rants.



[EDIT:] I\'m leaving this for all to see. Basically, if your ship handles poorly in the first place, it\'ll be unbearable on here without major changes, I had to change my ships, I\'m even building a new one just because of this change, so far, I\'d call it one of my best ships. Ships are meant to be obtained ICly anyway, or built in-game. Otherwise roleplay goes out of the window, and nobody wants that.

• Traits: Uncaring, arrogant, egotistical, mildly psychopathic
• Bio: Varus raised himself in the slums of an overpopulated industrial world that was covered in grime and cocooned in a permanet cloud of smog. He was almost always half-starving, hunger was his only companion. He was forced to work in a factory at a young age, assembling Vector interceptors, and had copious amounts of mechanical knowledge. He nearly died everyday from being crushed by large freighters and loose cargo equipment. In fact, his legs, mismatched and uneven, were cheap grafting replacements. He had lost his old ones to a dropped cargo container. From that day on, he had learned that the only way to survive was to be fast, to move quicker, and push aside anything that laid in your way. Every day he would glimpse the freighters launching into the sky and leaving the atmosphere in a roar of ignition. He would watch longingly as they soon disappeared from his vision. He knew he belonged up there. Who were they to stop him from trying? So one day, he began working on a small project in secret. It was his pride and joy, The Perdition--a customly built Vector interceptor of his own fitted to be the fastest thing the industrial world had seen in years. A month later, the Perdition was complete, and she was a cold, hostile, and unforgettable bird. However, it was not registered with the port authority, so as soon as he was half through the atmosphere the planetside guns decimated his rear thrusters. But it was too late, as he was already drifting of to space. He was ascending from the flames; the smog; into the black beyond. He put himself into stasis, leaving it to chance--if the gods had wanted him finished, they could\'ve done so themselves already. He was found above another planet months later.

• Why do I want to join? There doesn\'t seem to be any decent RP servers besides this one and I love RP, so here I am.

Bio: bob coms from a planet now called \"the incident\" at the age of 14 bob enlisted into the local militia, under a false identity. he was garrisoned on a military base, where he guarded the supplies. he always looked to the skies, where military spaceships kept flying by. as he dreamt looking at them he said to himself: \"i will once command such a ship\". as a warship took of into the sky. at that same time he saw at the horizon a war fleet approaching. as soon as they passed the horizon, they commenced planetary bombing. the meagre defences of the planets where quickly overrun, and the entire surface of the planet was destroyed. the commander of the base, knewing he coulndt resist such a attack. ordered all military personel to evacuate the planet. Bob was ordered to leave the planet aboard one of the docked frigates...

30 years later, as the civil war reached its height. he took part in one of the last major battles. as both sides took heavy losses. and the entire solar system on the brink of destruction, bob knew if this battle is over. he had to search for survivors....

As said in the rules a psuchopathic characters unpredictability doesnt make the RP any more interesting or fun, many players in past RP servers iv\'e been in have used Characters Insanity as an excuse for being a dick, as far as judgement of your entrance I can\'t say, AdmiralKio will allow or disallow you entrance. (it might be helpful to remove Insanity from your post,if you do i can delte my post so they will never know)

My best friend is a clinically diagnosed psychopath, and that doesn\'t mean he\'s unpredictable or needlessly chaotic or cruel.

psychopaths have a tendency to be cold, clinical, logical and uncaring, this can translate into a self-serving and manipulative attitude, as their physical inability to feel empathy for others and their socialisation into a capitalist society leaves them with a drive to succeed in their goals no matter the costs to others.

Personally, I think a little bit of conflict and back-stabbing is one of the things this server is missing.

When he has to make a decision between saving someone\'s character or his mission, he will almost always choose the mission. He\'s cold and uncaring for anyone else but him, but if it serves his interests he may just tag along with you.

IGN: Reily Odan (Preferes Callsign Warprider)

Bio: Reily was born on Valein III. This planet was very similar to Earth. It had a little of everything.He was born in a spawling city called Alanda Karnan. This city was five times bigger than New York was in the 23rd century. He was the son of a reknown Corporate manager in the vast 301st Industries corporation. This corporation was beyond the scope of government control. It controlled star systems, Stations, Its own Navy. It was basically its own nation. His dad taught him everything he could to allow his son to advance even fuarther than himself in 301st. When the time came for Reily to join he pulled some strings to get his son a head start. As intended Reily advanced through the ranks faster than the engine on a 301st Gallant class Blockade Runner. However nothing good lasts forever. The Eclipse Pirates were a pain in the 301st backside and Managers were looking for an excuse as to how the Eclpise had destroyed a station believed invincible. They chose Reily and declared him to be a traitor. An investigation proved them wrong but an investigation was enough to have Reily kicked back down the ranks. He became a Light Transport pilot. Given the callsign Warprider he was sent to a remote outpost. Here he was out of the loop for to long. An Eclipse attack caught the planet by suprise and he was unable to escape. His ship the \"Dawn of Valien\" )named after his home was locked in a hangar in the planet. Here it remains in preistein condition. What of Reily? He managed to get to a cryopod inside his ship before the Eclipse got inside the underground complex. Now he plans on rebuilding the Industrial ship building powerhouse that was the 301st.
