Hi there!

So I'm not gonna lie: I really love this game and though my builds often have a weird aesthetic, a lot of my builds and stations are almost always ones that would simply be of most use to and best enjoyed by interacting with other players. It helps you make better design choices next time.

This sounds like it would be a great little community to learn from and shoot ideas around with. To discern what the problems of more advanced players tend to be, so that my creations might fill a need for them as well.

I have a basic prototype 'proof of concept' all-around colony carrier for deep space building of stations or warp gates I built from available materials on the Official Test Server, but have since refined just a bit. I mentioned it to Drakkart on Youtube in the comments and he said to swing by and upload the BP to the server for him to look at. It's basically a flying station designed to slingshot off of black holes so that any destination may be reached quickly without warp gates in order to create and secure a build site or provide disaster relief.

I do not ask for admin privileges, or even a starter ship if that is your decision. (I don't mind playing survival. Gets the creative juices flowing, you know.) But I think I would deeply enjoy playing on this server. Moreover, as someone who likes to share and help, my BP's are almost always open for people to tinker with and inspect, or outright replicate and use. I should not be the only one to benefit from them and would likely only feel pride at seeing them in service.

It's not much of an application, I suppose, but I entreat you to give me a chance to enjoy this game the way I feel it should be played and maybe fill a hole in the community you never even knew you had. I won't be able to do much at first, but that will change quickly once I set up shop. I'm an industrious fellow and surprisingly resourceful.

This is the monster I built on the Official Test Server and plan to show drakkart around. No shipyard was trifled with in it's making. It was what I planned to use to build the shipyard. I made it by using one of those little fighters on the deck to get enough money to buy a few derelict stations and eat the blocks:

I can promise you that I would likely quickly become a participant in any existent galactic economy, as I tend to generate a lot of surplus. lol

Interested in joining the server, if it's still active. The username that I've been using in this game is Thrawn (I was pretty active in a server a few years ago). I will be pretty active, depending on my work schedule.

"Example of your work-" I haven't ever uploaded any examples anywhere, and I won't pretend to know what I'm doing, but I've made two capital ships (a transport ship and a mining ship) in single player, if that counts for anything.
