Today we engaged Xenon Dreadnaughts CRS Spetnaz, CRS Spetnaz II and CRS Apex. The ships were what was left of the Xenon fleet after our decisive raid on their base of operations. These were the last of their vessels. They discovered our base coordinates and prepared a final assault. Our intelligence network and deep-space LIDAR array located them en route to base and the fleet assembled for combat against the enemy.

Spetnaz and Spetnaz II were engaged and destroyed. Apex took heavy damage but continued to escape combat; eventually the Xenon commander signalled a surrender.

After the battle, damages were assessed and two more ships were deemed too heavily damaged to repair; they were decommissioned and destroyed for resources.

The flagships of the fleet, AFS Puppetmaster and AFS Overlord were unscathed. Both have assumed stationkeeping at Starbase Beta.

The Order of the Eagle has been awarded to Comrade Wispfire for killing CRS Spetnaz. His unrivaled bravery brought victory to our people this day.

The Order of the Eagle, third class, has been awarded to @Planr for his service in battle. His sacrifice made victory possible for our people.

The Medal of Valour has been awarded to @Zyrr and @Captain_Boroski. Their actions in battle were the apex of Arstotzkan Bravery. Not once did they retreat from their position; they pressed the attack no matter the cost.

Destroyer SFS Successor at base after the battle, despite taking heavy damage, she remained operational for the duration of the entire battle, carrying out her role to the end. No pathetic imperialist weapons can beat the superior Arstotzkan engineering.

Even though the battle today against the Xenon-defended Pirate base was a disaster (game lagged so horribly bad from all the large ships being used everyone had to just call it a draw), footage has been recovered of the Arstotzkan fleet in battle formation prior to their disembarkment to the enemy base.

Here we see the mighty Centurion-class battleships AFS Kursk, AFS Sevastopol, and AFS Stalingrad in a triangular forumation. Below them for support are the Tantalus-class destroyers AFS Puppetmaster and AFS Dignity-B. Also accompanying the fleet is the AFS Overlord, an aging but nonetheless very reliable and durable Arstotzkan destroyer. The Centurion-class ships, as well as the Overlord, were designed and built by the master shipbuilder @Zyrr and the Tantalus-class destroyers were designed by @Comr4de

Here we see filthy Kolechian scum attempting to sneaky-sneak into Arstotzkan space with fancy-looking courier ship! We made him "assume the position" while we invasively searched his ship and said, "Papers, Please."

Yeah the server was going ballistic due to the high amount of players and huge ships moving around at the same time. Had to drop out early because the server soiled itself and I got stuck on spawning screen, even on secondary accounts.

CRS is the tag xenon builder use for CRoiSeur (Cruiser in english); its also the french riot police.

About the last event; we are sorry for the lag (there was too many ship, included a 20m station ...).
we'll try to get found for a better server, and we'll make event less big next time (the same event ship should be used but only 1 next tuime, cuz there was three)
