if he's getting it in the same place as me it's probably when he tries to up-link on the starter using his starmade registry login details. edit: so according to "how to play starmade" uplinking requires our forum login details, but from what i can tell the only way to login through the forum...

i think it would be useful to have a ship designer, probably as a seperate program, to help flesh out how we want our ships to look before we start building them.

i believe as far as versions go there will be a free(classic) version later on, the full version should have everything the free has and then some, if your refering to blueprints(ships you\'ve saved) then i\'d imagine other then minor tweaking to keep them working you should be able to keep them...

it's possible that either your friend or you haven't updated to the latest version of the game. when you first open the launcher it shows at the bottom weather or not there is an update available, if it says you have the latest version then your friend needs to update his server

i think you should've fired that in the same sector as the planet in front of you in the screenshot, i think it would've been more stressful on the server that way and if it didn't crash you could've taken an after screenshot of the result

its part of the new spawn system, to stop it from sending you back to 8,8,8 you need to use an undeathinator(which can't be placed on a ship but can be placed on stations, planets, etc. they are attached to shops by default) so that you spawn in that sector instead.

yea i've noticed them popping up in pyro's server every once in a while they usually have a target listed in the brackets though

happens on pyroxfires server as well and any server i go on really... so yea i would assume its an instability issue

far as i can tell its client side not sure if its just the uk server. but when i enter the game sector 8,8,8 is empty no shop, no other players, no asteriods, nothing loads for me except my ship. every other sector i've been to loads though.
