.0889 Mobs fireing at no target

Since .0887 I could review mobs fireing their weapons without a target.
Its usually only a single mob that hangs around in the center of the sector and I can watch it fire the weapons.
They have not been aggroed.

yea i've noticed them popping up in pyro's server every once in a while they usually have a target listed in the brackets though
