Fuel would be a nice addition, but thrusters should only require minimal or none at all. Maybe make them optional, to increase the energy regen for some time(which would reduce te amount of fuel you have). Else, using it only for hyperspace/FTL would also be a good idea.

If you think you can take out a capita with teleportation, you are wrong. The only thing that teleportation would do is allow you to travel long distances quickly. Therefore, there is nothing bad about teleportation

Removing threads can both be good or bad. While it can protect an individual, for someone else it might be censorship(ignoring a problem) or favorism towards the person. No matterwhat the mods do, not everyone will be happy
