A prison station, that's actually pretty interesting. I suggest that you make the cells out of glass and aligned around a central tube. Making the cells docked entities so that they can be moved around (to solitary confinement or something) could be pretty cool too :D .

Well, the giant turret is meant as an Anti-capital weapon and the smaller ones are anti-frigate weapons. So I don't think it will be a problem. Besides, who needs tracking when the missiles can home in on a target ;)
