      If that was the case then using beam as a slave would have absolutely no downside. All slave weapons trade something for a benefit (for example, rapid fire trades damage per shot with rate of fire). Having longer range must be traded with something else, which is damage.

      There actually isn't, I just noticed that there's a little note at the end of the charts saying that thrust is just there for comparison purpose and that it is't actually bound by the ratio things like systems.

      It will already completely disable AI ships since they basically can't turn or do other stuff. What I'm talking about is ALREADY in the game, I'm just asking for a name change and for the practically nonexistent push ability to be removed.

      Well, there's a point where maintaining a higher thrust/weight ratio is simply impossible due to the diminutive nature of power generation. However, 10% seems quite low... Edit: It says that it's just for comparison purposes at the bottom of the chart :P

      Well, by using multiple swarm missile arrays fired by logic with a delay between each could theoretically be really effective. By timing it so that a new volley launches as soon as the old one hits, it could decimate drone swarms (since the missiles would go after drones that are alive). Ok...

      The push pulse already has an "emp" feature implemented. It basically disables the steering of ships hit by the pulse. Now, I suggest to remove the incredibly weak push ability from the pulse and simply renaming it to "emp pulse" (or stun pulse if you prefer). This change would be extremely...

      The Skoomseeker: Fully tested (thanks to @MrFURB), it works a bit too well. You see, I can't even get back in to deactivate it since the push pulse pushes me away from the drone... The only problem I have is the initial activation of the logic, but I have a solution for that! Oh, acceleration...

      A drone would never turn against a much bigger half-drone :P And I could manually kill it by hopping into a turret, or just fly out and blast it with a rocket launcher I guess XD
