The power core in question could be a docked ship core with a faction module on top. So whoever factions it first "captures" it. It would also make it easier to track the destruction of that power core. Before claiming "but rp", keep in mind that you can make that docked "power core" as fancy...

I disagree with that, with a converted model you at least get an idea of the proportions. Making one entirely from scratch is much harder.

The rack is meant for use on ships. Although I'd still use one if I wanted to simply have a drone cloud (near my base for example) since it's much faster to spawn in and faction a single entity then it is to do with 22 :P
