Install it manually, like i've said several times. Change it to a ZIP and extract it to your blueprints folder. That should install it. Mimic the file structure of the other blueprints. If it's not letting you place the files in the folder, make sure it isn't 'read only'

Click 'import' find the SMENT. That's how you're going about it? If that doesn't work, change the SMENT file into a ZIP and install manually.

It won't update the list after you import it. Check your BP folder instead for it. If that doesn't work, rename the filename.sment to filename.zip and install it manually. And it THAT doesn't work, try re-downloading it, you might of got an unfinished DL.

When AI fires, it never takes it's 'finger' off the fire button - meaning when it runs out of power, it cannot regen again. I suggest either beating the turrets power use with regen, either on the turret, or on the entity it's docked to.

Second launcher screen, click 'tools' then 'Catalog manager' Import the sment with that.

Well shattered skies uses 50. It's got a solid uptime.

You can change the build area already. Most servers I see use 50x50x50 max area. It's an option in your 'server.cfg' file. Making this a certain block amount would also make copy/paste behave strangely.

Hit the armor at an odd angle. Armor blocks propagation of explosions as well.

It fixed your FPS because the game had more resources (mainly CPU time) to 'give' to other threads. Also, i run my game uncapped, at 60fps i can feel slight input lag, and this bothers me a lot.

Because the first impact is hitting the target with 100% armor, so it absorbs a lot of the damage. When the armor gets lower, it does more and more damage. This is intended behavior as far as i know.
