i wonder how you made a beam turret go 11k meters... it normally end at 1k. and on that distance you could pretty much hit everything trying enough...
everyone faces the same issuesso no worries there are no tricks involved let just turrets do their job and you operate the main hitting guns.
The idea is getting as much bonus energy out of the "sum of dimensions" part of the equation. So let us say you start a power line in the front bottom left corner then you want this line to end on the back top right corner of the cube because then you ensured that from all 3 axis you added up...
kinda liked the vid though by just continuing garths pattern you showed that you did not comprehend how powercubes actually get build. btw. the real 5x5x5 cube does still around 9k regen... anyway you just started you'll find out soon enough how fascinating simple and complex at the same time...
Actually i really would like to see these numbers on a timescale next to the release of patches... just saying that would be an interesting schematic. but yeah why should the releasethe numbers when the game is not even officially released. i mean .
in that turrets the OP describes what if the different ai's pick up different missiles of a swarm... that will cause big lag i assume.
These are mine 7x7x7
I am wondering is that intended that these 1250 enhancers are supposed to move multiples of the weight they were layed out for? or is this subject to change so thatsoon as soon as one turret requires the 1250 enhancers the others won't be able to tap the power to also move fast and will keep...
a few problems i see with this concept.
1st i just see it as an additional gui thing because everyone will need all 6 directions maybe a bit more on the forward thrust. meaning from your 100% pool you are taking 1/6 and put that in every direction. basically cutting down effectiveness of...
I think survival as we know it today will have changed drastically in the next 1-2 years. Streamlining i would not consider being a solution.
With npc factions, quests, fauna, farming being included into the game i think it will change drastically.
I guess some npc factions are just "villages"...
which leaves my other critics still valid ; ) i just would wish they would focus more on fixing these instead of fauna or shipyards. don'T get me wrong i am excited about these but oh man would i wish we could build and operate extendable/moveable airlocks to dock between ships
i did add another 125 enhancers seemed to work then recalculated and i really guess the mass changes for the blocks threw my finished turrets off oh well i wanted to make some improovements anyway.
i have massenhancers in the turretbody and that turret was already working so i figured yes it might have to do with the changes of the armor and systems stuff... BUT! 3.5 mass per enhancer means 900 / 3.5 = 257 enhancers should do it but they don't then what went wrong i mean the server was...
go ahead that is the train of thought ... and you notice for some reason it will not do anything untill you add a thruster block and tada the ai aknowledges itself as ship and starts firing at an enemy but you will also notice how it avoids getting to close to the target ...
i didn't run into the core alignment thing maybe because i put the core on the other side of the raildocker and in between haveing the turret axis...
The issue with ams turrets is that they should wake up midfight as soon as they either can not target a missile because it is out of the field of...
my 7*11*26 -> 2002 blocks of mass enhancers can't move a 900 mass turret. so what went wrong here?
dimensions are those of the turret filled with massenhancers and a bunch of enery attached stil the turret moves at 1%
the up never worked for me sorry ...
regarding the ai overshooting.
everyone knows that ai is one of the most complex things in games, so?
yes it is a totally legitimate decision to leave something halfway done because it will be replaced with something better anyway but as such should be...
