      Okay, I've said this before in other threads. Make it configurable. If a server wants to be more of a PVE server then let the home-base/headquarters be invincible to prevent loss. If they want more of a PVP type server then make the various variables configurable as well to control shield regen...

      I think more frequent smaller updates is a better thing over all. It "should" help to reduce released bugs and fix bugs that are in the wild faster. Major changes and updates would most likely still be further apart like adding fauna. This of course just my opinion.

      Transporters shouldn't drop shields to 0%.

      If I remember right on "Voyager" they transported through shields all the time. The Borg would also transport through shields.
