      Ksp doesn't have Lagrange Points because it doesn't have third body physics. Third body physics are stupid sometimes, until you get three equal masses orbiting in a figure eight.

      What use do weapons have for shields? It would be OP if it didn't reduce damage at all. My suggestion was to bypass shields for the weapon, so if another ship was shooting it you would do damage to the systems. I don't really like the idea of an effect being designed to be defensive.

The weapon effect could be disabling shields for like a millisecond after hit, so you cant just go in with this and wreck house.
