      Well, if you've finished all canon interior elements for a ship of that size (Ready room, mess hall/lounge, captain's quarters, crew and guest quarters, sickbay, science labs, astrometrics room, auxiliary bridge possibly, sensor access rooms, cargo bays, and other, more obscure rooms, chambers...

      The kablooey is from sparks hitting huge tanks of highly-volatile rocket fuel, or just reactants hitting each other in an uncontrolled fashion... Or possibly something (Water? Other coolant?) being violently expanded by released heat or energy... Also, a big explosion would more definitely...

      What Can Crew Members Do?

      Technically, by using the Go To command, they can (er, sometimes can) become "aligned" to ships and won't just slide through your ship when it moves, but they don't really DO anything besides shoot enemy astronauts and NPCs, so yeah, for now they're useless.

      Missiles damage multiple blocks -> Spreadshots damage multiple blocks. The rest make no sense. :P

      Waaaay too many random scattered intermediate steps and components that make no sense (Power reactors in things that need to draw power anyway? Wat?) but the base concept is nice. 6/10; could easily become 9.72/10 with some refinement.

      You may want to expand the docking box widths, and that Red Alert is... a bit too red... O_o ...Otherwise, very nice! Can't wait to see that ship finished and in action.

      Yeah... this crafting system is a truly amazing improvement over the old one (which I only loosely can refer to as "crafting") and is, for once, actually useful, but does seem a bit overcomplicated... Too many intermediate steps that don't make much sense. Too many confusingly-similar Crystal...

      Yeah, I assume that the blocks are placeholders for the new planet generation revamp (?), which is why they currently don't work. Apparently planets will now use the new colorful rock types, among other awesome things. (Ore veins, a new ground cover system, etc.)

      I think it would be more of a question of stealing a ship than destroying it, which would require hacking faction blocks, which would require other things.... But before we think about that, we have to figure out how people will be able to get inside ships in the first place.
