      Spamming lots of small turrets is a bad idea if the opponent has missiles. I've done combat runs against turret spam ships and the first salvo of missiles from my ship renders them all dead and useless.

      Yeah the current system has all shields failing in 5 seconds beyond 100 blocks. If you have one shield block fighting a ship with only 1 gun you may last 11 seconds.

      Shield strength seems to have doubled in the latest patch but this seems to favor larger ships. My carrier has twice the shields pre .15 and my fighters now only have 1/5 the shields previous to .15 and this is without giving them any new regen blocks.

      Capacity and regen have been split into their own blocks, You need to add regen blocks to old ships in order to get functioning shields again.

      I actually have not been able to make a reliable loop. The first thing I attempted to build was a blinker system to use for my ships but it was super buggy. The loop would continue but the lights stopped blinking.
