      They never say for sure whats going to be in an update until its actually released. Strongly hinting is the best we get. Either way, the intention was clear, "this is what we want to happen". If it does or if it doesn't is something we won't know until Friday, but until then or I see them...

      Some areas you want to be big and open, but no matter how many lights you put in there, it stays dark just due to the size. But its not always viable to have lights either floating around in empty space or to have big extension arms bracing the light to a wall. How about some area lighting...

      They've already said that not only are chairs coming, but also I believe that they will be interfaces. So yeah, this is coming. Not in that detail I'm sure, thats more of a HUD design than anything else, but functional chairs that let you interact with the ship are on the way.

      Only marginally. Putting it outside the hull was an exaggeration, but not by overly much. The only way to hit a core now is to manually aim for it, as none of the automatic weapons will look twice at it. Turrets won't target it, pirates won't target the core, etc. Plus I believe it only...

      I think it just kicks you out of the core if it takes enough damage, it doesn't actually destroy the ship.
