I know full well they are a station but I see no station for them in the usual place where stations are. Also the spawner block in the advanced shops is another thing I want to know about. Say I go and make my own shop to replace the existing ones for the advances versions how'd I go about...
It's a calculation bug and yes they need to fix it and make it stay fixed, than come back through and make the end result power usage a tad more reasonable.
you have to reset that world. It's corrupted. There's an option at the top of the server/world menu you get into after starting the launcher up. As for resetting a specific world I'm not sure but it should be do able.
noticed that the trading guild no longer restocks their stations but does so for shops. It's like the command wants to work but doesn't spawn anything even though it goes through. Same thing with player shops as well.
In any event AI spawns in general are a bit off lately so maybe the...
The AI while controlling the ship will only use the weapons and not anything else so you'll need either a timer or an enemy detector to trigger the release of the drones.
Basically one group per computer works fine right now and since the AI has a habit of firing all weapons at once it gets around things for the moment. As for one computer per grouping of its modules in a player's hands they'd need to logic fire the thing but it works fine for the AI. Either...
I try to make it so my turrets are back to full power by the time they reload. So the general idea is to have enough power generation to get back to full power by the time the cooldown is over. Also adding more capacitors might help as well in some cases. If you're not getting a power fail on...
I'm working on a ship for the AI that is more about pulling all the wrecks to it and salvaging them. No need to have a ship inside a ship if it is dangerous enough to win and able to drag the targets to it. :)
hmm I've gotten thrusterless Ships to work fine under AI control. If you've got a logic clock hooked up to the push effect the AI doesn't care and will aim in a direction as long as it has a gun. Now the downside is if the push thrust is greater than the thruster block strength the AI tends to...
Strange turrets seem to work fine for me although the barrel needs a little bit of regen it doesn't need much. Going to test this later to see what's up.
That's usually why I find one of those quiet servers where I can build up a nice surprise for people in peace and have plenty of time to setup death for trolls. :)
In any event sometimes dropping into a server randomly you can get into without a form is a good way to see what is going on...
So it'd map out the space right before generating the atmosphere and servers shouldn't care after that. Also make it so when a BP of the ship or station in question is saved it also saves the atmosphere mapping of it so the thing doesn't have to be regenerated on spawning of it. :) So unless...
Not too bugged by speeds but if you have to bribe people to play with greater rewards than someone else you're in for a visit from the worst possible players you can imagine.
You don't lose anything on the server you are on but yes you have to start over on a new server since your data isn't saved there. Each server is its own world and copy of the game and they don't know a thing about the others. Personally I'd just pick a server with as low a ping as you can...
He's talking about logic ship torpedoes and the real issue is if you don't fly steady they'll go any direction but the one you are aiming due to colliding with the main ship. Use a push clock and whatever number of warheads you think you'll need but so far without synchronizing the detonations...
