      There is a slightly more fundamental issue in that 1. there is no reason to make a walker because 99.99% of the game takes part in space where there is nothing to walk on and 2. the worlds that do exist are too small to warrant a walker mech 3. If a player is going to be in the mech anyway...

      Just hide pipes outside of buildmode... if anything it would actually be useful in build mode to see what wireless blocks are connected to eachother...

      Thanks, I had actually originally started writing a different post entitled 'over reliance on RP' but then my issue is not againt RP, its a great aspect of the game for the chunk of the community that are clearly very in to that. My issue is that IMHO I dont think that is enough to make a game...

      I think starmade should have bosses. Several preferably, perhaps with a new set of bosses that mark out a series of significant stages in progression in the game. e.g players can't make their own faction until they defeat the first boss. can't make their own station until they defeat the second...

      Like the idea, though I do think that difficulty based on distance from the center of the galaxy should also apply (actual difficulty, not just density of pirate bases) along with the density of more valuable resources to give the game a sense of progression that currently is almost non-existent.

      The problem with reducing opacity is that you are then able to see through a solid planet if you are far enough away from it ... perhaps changingthe lighting on the planets would be a better solution, make them darker / non-luminescent that way they are darker but not see-through so are less of...

      I feel like I am missing something here? Is this not basically a void subject unless you are planning on building a perfectly square ship that does very little else other than produce power... If you have a normal shaped ship, even one that is small the issue is not fitting your power...
