      Nuclear Power structures

I think that this would work as a possible solution (And method to implement fuel) to the power cap. After the power cap is reached, these nuclear reactors could become more efficient that power reactors. Before that, they'd have to be less efficient.

      Starcraft Hyperion and Terran Structures

Reduction of blocks, to my knowledge, isn't going to help. Reduction of rendered faces (Removal of internal spaces included) can, if I recall correctly. So rip out the interior and turn the whole thing into a solid, rectangular doom cube. Lag solved. Maybe.

      Pickup Rail Improvements

Surely new rails have reached the FSM by now....surely..... Yes, they'd be useful, I'm sure they've already been suggested.

A Reimagined Crafting and Factory System (Simple + Effective)

The system itself is much easier than Minecraft's, for example. However, the UI is a nasty mess of complexity, and the reasoning behind what resources make what is limited to what color that resource happens to be (What if you accidentally used some rusted iron in place of some reddish-orange...

      New temperature fractures

Heat is almost meaningless in space. You have an infinite supply of liquid at just 3 degrees Kelvin as in incredibly, almost absolute 0, cold, simply by running hot liquid (That has already absorbed the heat produced by various processes on your ship) through a heat-conducting pipe on the dark...

Community Screenshots for Steam Store Page

I gotta go make myself a screenshot of something dead in space....It's a really neat effect to see a ship spinning, throwing off the broken-blocks effect..... That said, it's really only neat if it's not your ship.

      Light vs Dark Server Redux

Yeah. I'm in the same boat as above, really, because I don't readily trust other people (Met too many people who enjoy destruction just because. I've seen it on plenty of other games all too often), and really hate restarting something because somebody else couldn't be bothered to respect my...

Recognized by Council A modest Proposal regarding Scanners, Cloakers, and Jammers.

Yeah, larger vessels, as a rule, have better detection equipment packages than smaller vessels. Smaller vessels, as a rule, are better about stealth than larger vessels. StealthX, anyone?

Recognized by Council Re-work EMP passive

EMP needs to be more useful in turret form, on vessels other than extremely large dreadnaughts. Only very large vessels could host enough large EMP turrets to suppress enough large enemy vessels to be worthwhile.

      Communications Networks

Interesting. I've had several ideas on this, including the use of information (Map information; like locations and details on various attributes of things) as a commodity that can be traded, but only through the use of a communications setup like this. No ridiculous "laser lines", though...

Recognized by Council Re-work EMP passive

It doesn't need a fleet to back it up, but it does require significant dedication of a ship's resources in order to immobilize any sort of opposing vessel. I'd really like to see some sort of power-gen cooldown based on EMP damage. As in, if you do that damage to your opponents' power grids...

      Weapon Choice for Personal Fighter

A powerful alpha hit can cripple a ship faster than a flurry of DPM-based weaponry (Damage per minute. Because DPS is too much like damage per shot), but only if it's effective. If you miss, you could very well be out of the fight before you know it. Therefore, alpha-based vessels function best...

      Light vs Dark Server Redux

Yeah, I understand. That said, you never should've admitted that you lagged a server as bad as you did. It's too good of a chance for some laughs to pass up.

      Light vs Dark Server Redux

You have fun with that apocalypse stuff, Doctor. I'm sure it'll only cause a few, minor, intergalactic diplomatic confrontations. A few minor ones, that's all. You might not even go extra-galactic with the confrontations and problems.

      Light vs Dark Server Redux

I hope it's not right. Oh, and yes, you are the logic-torpedo massacre man. You are a terrible, terrible, server murderer. Lagging people to death from the opposite side of the galaxy. Quit violating the laws of special and general relativity. Transmitting usable information from one side of...

      Communications Networks

The problem is that people will go "I don't want special blocks on my station!" "I'm too cheap for this" and then go use some other chat system.

      Light vs Dark Server Redux

Nice, but a rule (I forget where) on the new server's rules mentions no factions under 3 people.

Recognized by Council A modest Proposal regarding Scanners, Cloakers, and Jammers.

I just realized what this thread is reminding me of: Jonathan Swift's A Modest Proposal. Read it, mind the sarcasm, it's HILARIOUS.

YES! Finally! The gamma-powered death ray! It's the most wonderful and useless weapon ever created!!! It can't even get through ships' EXTENSIVE radiation shielding! It's GENIUS!
