I think having a override for the personal permission level after a certain amount of time or in the case of someone setting a homebase to personal might be needed. Maybe just prevent someone from setting the homebase of a faction to personal permission? Also you could make it so there could...
DEFAULT_BLUEPRINT_ENEMY_USE = false this is for new blueprints or when a world is reset if I remember right and it'll automatically set AI Usable to True.
If I remember right a blueprint has to have AI Usable set to true for the AI to use it. As for wave manager waves I don't think this is the...
I'm wondering if we'll be able to setup some NPCs at shipyards and have them auto start up builds of provided blueprints and designs and than prep them for launch with more NPCs creating a fleetyard of sorts to send out huge fleets in an area. :)
My usual thing to do is if I make a non-homebase station or other base is to litter the area with defense satellites and stick a couple of huge guns on it specifically for murdering player ships in as few shots as possible. :)
hmm forgot to resurrect this topic every so often.
Ran into the new pirates on Aetherion and needless to say I need a full auto nova bomb in worst cases if not careful. XD
Not sure if this is a bug or not but some people have been mentioning things about this and how some people are shutting down factions by setting the base to personal. Not sure what is going on but it is worth looking into since being able to lockout a whole faction from their base shouldn't...
hmm maybe homebases can't be set to personal? Also for the personal setting I was hoping to have a list of names under it, if someone adds their name only they can remove it but there'd also be a way to add multiple names to the entity in question. That said we need a way for the founder(s) of...
lol the main issue with doing that to power is things eat through power too fast so you'd get stranded 9 times out of 10 no matter how high it was buffed. >_>
So a High enough frequency clock should hit the reload/charge point most of the time? Doesn't sound like it breaks any of my AI ships too badly, just need to figure out how many more or less logic blocks to put on the things before making new ones. :)
I figured this would be interesting since it'd open up some doors. The main general idea is the current wireless logic blocks could be changed to operate on a binary frequency or a new version of them that does this could be made. There are also other things that could use binary codes and...
If you really wanted to go the full stargate route you could go with a binary frequency that people would have to tap into or dial in order to use the gate. Maybe linking some activation blocks to the warpgate computer to establish the frequency might work. A dialing device could simply be a...
hmm when firing manually vs firing with logic, logic tends to fire at a slower rate so it might send less. That said you did this totally manually both times right? If so definitely a bug.
