Fast firing weapons are not needed really to hit them. Missiles and beam are best way to destroy fast ships.

New heavy shield block would be great. It's like a heavy armor block, but shield. Special armor absorption level would be great for this armor as I think.

Placing turrets in a way to hit one target is what I am doing now. But I really prefer linear ships against front-armed ships. Linear ships have some advantages and disadvantages. I just want to make them to be useful. So if this suggestion will be implemented, you will forget some troubles...
Turning of ship will not help here. My ship has 2 turret lines on left and right sides. At one time can shoot only 3/4 of them. My suggestion will allow 1/4 to focus on another target

Creating of armor blocks is easy, but I can't find any way to create shield blocks.

It's better now with 75% resist. 99% resist might be good, but PT will break it. So best way here is increasing of max hp. 255 is a limit :(

Is it possible to create new block with new recipe? Cause some players will salvage planets with rock. Cargo full of edited rocks will add a lot mass. That's why I am asking about creating of new blocks.

I don't suggest to make it necessarily. Of course player will choose what he want. It will be just an additional feature. Because sometimes you need to choose target independently of priority list. It's most actual in mass pvp.

The problem is that turrets can't to attack multiple targets you want. Look at the picture:
If you choose target on the right, left turrets can't attack! If you choose target on the left, right turrets can't fire! You know, it's impossible to play with more than 1 group of turrets! :(

You should test it:
Make 100 mass plate
Make weapon with 100 mass and push effect
Fire once
Calculate ratio impulse/damage (dV*m/damage)
Calculate how much big weapon you need to change it's speed at least 25 m/s, because ships can accelerate 25 m/s and more
