You downloaded a hotfix, not this content. This announced content is included in the upcoming patch, you cannot yet access these features in the game. Refer to the previous news post for information on the hotfix.

:D yep, i have no idea! There were 2 new dev patches today... but schema was to busy to even mention what was in them (plus i was asleep when he linked them to me.) Most likely, since nothing was mentioned, you can assume they are most likely just bug fixes. I hope to make another news...
