just wondering what you would want me to do specifically. i can do literally everything (mining, industry, building, fighting etc...) just what roles are in need and i'll do them.

Actually, I think you can't have 100% stop, I've tried it and no matter how many modules I put, it is forever stuck at 50%. Did'nt even felt any difference when dealing with Wormhole gravity wells with or without it.
