Was just thinking small things as "this bit here can be improved" "I really like this part, keep doing that" and so on.

And I will surely do that when you are done with all the entries

Thanks for the update Dalmont! And SkylordLuke, I've seen it all. I've seen some of the most upstanding decent people degenerate into a pack of raging WOW kids before. I've seen gaming communities turn on themselves. It's an ugly thing, and it does happen. So, like I said I hoped he was joking and glad he was. I just don't find humor in it.

You're right, it can happen. I used to play Astro Empires, was in a top-forty guild with excellent diplomatic ties with some of the top-ten guilds, mainly due to having some excellent diplomats on the team. There was about 30-40 of us at our peak, we fought several successful wars together, were well organised and everyone got along fine.
It all turned sour when a high-ranking member had a personal issue with a player in another guild in real-life, and we voted against helping out militarily in the game. The player took it that we'd all turned our backs on him and created a massive rift by forcing people to take sides. That caused more damage to the guild than any war we ever fought and was the reason several players ended up leaving the guild and (in my case) quitting the game entirely.

I enjoy the quietness of space because it takes me *away* from the petty politics of Earth

Alright; update time!

First off, thank you to all the contestants who entered your amazing ships!

Scoring is well underway; and I hope to be able to get the results up for you this weekend.
Quite a lot of great entries so far, and I can't wait to see them all!

I do apologize for not being here on the 10th, I've had a really nasty case of stomach flu and i'm still recovering.

I don´t really need a detailed review since I´m pretty confident in my building style. I wouldn´t release a build if I hated it. My builds have some crazy stuff going on because of the mass limit that i wouldn´t do in normal builds. Some compromises were unavoidable to get it there. Nevertheless small notes of feedback are appreciated especially if it was a close decision or if there are outstanding negative or positive things on the builds. A nice little thing would be a table which contains all the results, you probably have to make one anyway.

A point score per-category would be great to display, yes Most ships naturally excel in one of these, and even if the total score is far from 20 its nice to see that you perform great in an area.

But yesterday, before to sleep, I thought :

"Designed fighter A.I. tournaments sounds really good, but a human flying fighter arena contest looks even more."

But maybe I'm alone to thought that.

Actually I had already heard about but I don't even know what it really is and how to do that.
But I was actually brainstorming myself some concepts and rules in order to bring diversity and entertainement.
