The Lark MK1 is a Long Range Scout Fighter was originally designed as the UCCs main assault fighter but it seemed more suited for scouting missions due to her light armament. Her full sized cockpit is also much more comfortable on long journeys than her sisters and even includes a fold out cot.
The Lark MK1 has been recently refit with a fast jump drive. Unfortunately the fusion batteries cannot handle the drain of this drive so it will take more than one charge at capacity to initiate a jump. This time can also be significantly increased if the other systems are draining power as well.
