During the Old Empire when the alliances were showing signs of strain and piracy was rampant, new developments in ship design and technology birthed an angel of vengeance which would become the halberd of the Imperial Authority, the Valkyrie. As graceful as an angel and with all the speed of the gods, it smote down pirates with righteous fury as it danced through the void. Its rapid-fire quad laser guns penetrate armour, and its dual missile launchers obliterate both shields and hull. May the heavens receive with grace and mercy the unfortunate souls who encounter even a small contingent of these ships.
