Average all around PVP wise, but it isn't tagged for PVP or Roleplay so I have to go deeper.
Having a swarmer system on a ship this size as a main weapon is detestable as you will end up killing more friends than enemies. Also, this is way too small to be a battleship.
The looks are sub par as well which is why it gets a 2 star.
If it was labeled PVP, ehh, probably a 3 star, but with the need to evaluate its looks as well, I can't do that.
try adding more different colored hull to it instead of ribbing the absolute mess out of it. You could also try to improve its shape so that it relies less on texturing for its looks.
