LSAV Dependable (A1-14-04) is an example of a D-class mining vessel. She is the fourth ship of her class. The D-class is one of multiple designs based on the Drattic League's Small Industrial Vessel platform. It can be operated by a crew of three and allows accommodation for three shifts to allow extended operations.
Dependable is set up for two shifts.
The class is equipped with an octuple mining beam array, two powerful thrusters and ample cargo space.

Why not detachable containers?
Usability. While detachable containers are cool, they offer little functionality and aren't worth it.
Where are the displays for the crew lockers?
In case you want to rename the crew of your ship, here's two helpful diagrams showing you the hidden display locations.
note that the second display behind the girder with 2 arrows is behind the 1st display
What are the naming conventions?
Basically anything starting with D for the name. Other names I was considering were Drill and Diligent, though I forgot which numbers they were assigned. Speaking of, the registry numbers should be A1-14-xx, xx being the two digit identifying number of the ship also visible on the hull. For the hull font, it's basically seven segment numbers in a 3*5 box with the one exception of the 1 which is centred instead of bound to the right.
