Skunk Works Galactica together with Hal Manufacturing unveiled their latest creation on Centronom as the answer to belligerent alien invasions and piracy, the plasma projector. Such a terrifying weapon, its twin barrels fire an explosively potent volley of concentrated plasma at its target weakening shields and tearing through armour. Alien incursions have outpaced the efficiency of the usual, conventional methods for planetary defense. Pirates have also become a problem, the most notorious of which are comprised of a Garthog crew.

The Plasma Projector is a planetary weapon which can be flown as a ship and docked to whatever entity you wish, be it a station, a planet, or a ship. It features two large plasma cannons mounted to a disc-shaped turret. It includes AMS turrets attached to its base. There are two different AMS turrets. Four are quad turrets, and four are turrets shaped like barrels with two independent turrets with a single rotational axis to shot above and below.
