The Crucian Expedition
The Crucian (Cer-oo-zshee-un) Expedition is currently seeking new Crewmates to expand their numbers prior to launch onto Multiplayer. We are a Hardcore Faction that may turn to Roleplaying in the future, however for now, we're seeking dedicated, active individuals to crew our Fleet of Fighters, Miners, and Steward our Homestation. We use a role system to deligate taskes, focus gameplay and increase the fun our crewmates experience through our community called Castes.
We are in the process of creating a rich and detailed backstory, constructing our Flagship the CVX-Sapphire Shadow, Constructing our Home Station Husk of Crucia, and constructing our expansionary fleet to find and resettle a new world.
Crew and Ships accepted into the Expedition will need to possess: A Blue Colored Hull, a Factions System, have CVX before the name, and abide the Nameless Weight Class System.

Years ago my race the Crucians lived peacefully in Sector Origin. We developped and perfected Intersector travel and the Crucian Government formed an Expendition to explore the vast ranges of space to expand our knowing of the universe. I was selected as the Admiral of this fine program and we piloted out to the far reaches aboard our ship the Sapphire Shadow. We neared our first decade of exploration when long-beam transmissioned reached us, Crucia was doomed to explode. We raced home only to find it too late, the cold slag eminated from where our home had been. Most of my crew died on the spot from despair, others sucumb to madness. Eventually only I and the Ship's AI remained.

Castes
Players are encourage to only pick one Caste. Players may have up to 3 not including Admiral, or Officership positions. Officers and Admirals are picked by the Admirial Council, not applied for. Players are only allowed one manned ship, and are entitled to largest ship of their position (IE an Admiral Architect gets a Corvette rather than an FAC).
Warrior
Warriors are ace pilots, experienced or unexperienced warfighters outfitted with the best weaponry the Fleet is capable of offering. Commanded by War, the Officer over the Caste, they use Light and Low Medium Weight Class ships to assault hostiles, protect the Fleet, and Escort Caste Members. Unlimited Spaces. Available Ships: 1 Cruiser, 1 Destroyer, 2 Frigates, 4 Corvettes, Unlimited Fast Attack Craft (FAC).
Harvester
Harvesters are Miners, Salvagers and Collectors, they drive light weight tugs to nearby sectors to collect materials, minerals, items, and salvage for the Fleet Alchemists, Stewards, and Merchant. Unlimited Spaces. Available Ships: 4 Frigates, 4 Corvettes, Unlimited FAC.
Scout
Scouts are explorers, they are the most essential part of the Expeditionary Fleet. Scouting out Vast distances to provide detailed target lists for the other castes. They also form support craft for Warriors and Harvesters. Scouts are given Corvettes and a Stipend to send them on their way. Scouts are expected to fend for themselves and collect and maintain documents on their findings, and visit the fleet as little as possible. 4 Spaces Available. Available Ships: 1 Frigate (Officer), 3 Corvettes.
Architect
Architects are builders, they construct and design fleet ships, space stations, and planetary bases. Architects are expected to have rudimentry knowledge of building, aesthetics, and efficient design. Personal FAC. Unlimited Spots.
Merchant
Merchants are the Fleet's Credit Lifeline. They are given items to sell at the nearest shop, and are expected to return with Goods or Credits traded for at the shops. Merchants are given a Corvette with adequate storage. Available Spaces: 1.

Steward
Stewards are the keepers of the fleet. They maintain the Flagship, the ships in the fleet, regulate flow of credits and items through out the fleet. Stewards are expected to be organizationally minded, anal for details, and high-functioning persons suffering OCD. They are expected to maintain a loose budget, and are given FACs for Repairs, trading, and moving about the fleet. Unlimited Spaces available.
Officer
Officers are Caste Leaders, they command and deligate the Castes they are chosen for by the Admirial Council. Officers are awarded the largest ship available to their caste. 6 Spaces Available.
Admiral
Faction leaders. Crucian Culture always maintained three members of an Admirial Council when navial or aerospacial vessels were involved. Absolute Authority of the Faction. Maintain Website, Threads, and handle Guild Affairs. 2 Spaces open. To be Selected, not chosen. Personal Corvette allowed.
