Not at the time of battle it wasnt, until fired upon which lead to auto declaration of war, you were regarded as a neutral observer and thus were not fired at till we were fired upon.

The point we are stressing is not whether by God's will we figure out you are hostile through mind reading, but the fact that you decided to interfere without giving any form of notification then resorting to insult CR as a whole as "Mentally handicapped" for not attacking a potentially neutral spectator (See how we do not fire at things that dont fire at us?) rather than any form of reasonable discussion.

Peace does mean peace within the CR. We haven't been hostile at all since the war and even that was not hostile. Diplomatic talks did go well, as we did have some particular people that have started stuff on the forum and chat. Our organized faction battles between us did go well and where a organized very good. But like the last one a certain member named INCAP in a chat with two, did not say any nice things about us at all. In response we posted a video. That was that and with your involvement and comments we didn't press it any further.
.... If we had a organized battle between CR and NDF. That means it is BETWEEN our two factions. If TE warps in, we do not assume that they are joining, but watching. Because we know that they are not involved in the battle.. because they haven't said shit about joining the battle... It is disrespectful to say they we should have known and to join without asking the other side. How in the hell did you think it was a good idea not to talk to us and assume? For all the formalities you guys have with battles, you forgot the biggest one which is telling the other side you have been invited..
Mort is acting as he should and he knows the severity of the actions that has took place. Two has a right to be mad as well. When you invite someone over to some food, and they bring someone else. that started eating your food when they are not invited and haven said something to you. And has the balls to say, I thought you knew I was here for some food. If you cant see that you are mentally handicap. I'd say that person fucked up.

I think what many people do not understand is that CR and TE were at Peace, it doesnt matter if their ship signatures were red on Elwyn because it was caused by the duels Nauvran and I have in small ships. It doesnt matter if its red, as long as we see TE and we acknowledge that we are at peace with the TE, we will not open fire at those ships, that was the understanding. With that understanding that TE ships should not be attacked due to the peace treaty, we could only assume that TE was there to spectate and hope that they had enough respect to uphold the peace treaty, clearly that was not the case because they lacked even the respect to inform us of their participation.

Mind you that when the factions update hits war will be viable, so if I were you I'd start preparations.

After a most formidable dinner at the Starfleet HQ, I, Nauvran and the cake @therimmer96 had some negotiations.
There were talk about the two factions and their abilities and possibilities while Zeveryn cooked the dinner and Mortiferum served it as a waiter.
The two leaders agreed onto that the best for the two factions would be to have an alliance.
The Tartaran senate was notified about the offer and agreed with the Emperor that the alliance would be a good option.

So by today.
Starfleet and the Tartaran Empire is now allied.
May both factions prosper and live forever in the Starmade universe.​

I personally do not think a military alliance between the NFD and TE is possible due to your...volatile...nature, however I do think that an open trade agreement should be well within possibility. What do you think?
