To be a scout, you\'ll have to be in the Minister of Patrol. I\'ll put you down in that minister.

Just know that the patrol ships won\'t be massive. The massive ones are used for battles.

The higher the numbers, the better the rank. Did you find a minister you want to join to suit you needs yet?

Well, patrol sounds good, though industry and supply are also interesting. And the latter two are so closely related I\'d almost ask to join \'em both. Is the ministry of command only for commanders, or are the ministries lower rank corresponding with the lower general ranks?
