The Blackdawn Clan

Hello everyone, my name is madmax3004, I’m the leader of the minecraft and Starmade Blackdawn Clan.
But now I’m back, and this time, to conquer the Galaxy.
Be prepared to engange in heavy fights, command your crew in heated situations, and be part of our epic clan!

The blackdawn clan is a clan focusing on 2 things;
Combat and Engineering.
We offer engineers stations and mobile construction yards, we also set up trade routes to supply our engineers with materials.
Now, what do we do?
We basically start from scratch on a server, and make a huge faction on there, as soon as we become the/one of the strongest factions on the server, we'll keep playing there, but then start over on another server with around 2 - 3 older members, and we'll bring like 75% of new members to that new server, this way we can expand our clan across the servers, and become quite a strong empire, though, we'll first have to start, so read on, and then apply!
We also establish trade routes/more with our allies, so if you're in for a totally different kind of faction gameplay, join our faction, or ally us!

about our class system:
The number in front of each class means the rank level, for example: If you complete class 1, you can get a class 2 rank, but not a class 3 rank, also, if you’re an engineer, you can’t just switch to a pilot/combat rank, so choose well before you rank up.
1: Recruit: The class most people start with: The recruit gets a small – medium fighter, or a scout ship, and must perform some basic missions in order to gain ranks, you’ll also most likely work on bigger ships for now.
1: Pilot: A pilot gets a small – big fighter, Small corvette, or small Salvager, the pilot is the main class most people will achieve, as a pilot you must perform basic – normal missions which include combat missions and small escort missions.
1: Engineer: An Engineer usually makes small ships or repairs ships.
1: Crew Member: so you feel like you can’t command a crew, nor are you a good pilot or engineer, well then this is the right job for you, you’ll work as a crew member on a Medium – Big frigate, Cruisers, Destroyers, and other huge ships.
From now on, your captain will decide what rank you get on his/her ship.
2: Communications Officer: This is a rather important job, you’ll have to inform all ships about information of their sector, missions, or such things, you need to inform foreign ships about our factions, and inform higher ranked people about anything that occurred, you’ll have to keep allot of information, most likely in text documents or so.
2: Veteran Pilot: You’ve proven to be a great pilot, you may now use small – big fighters, small – big bombers, small – big corvettes, small – big salvagers, and rarely you’ll get to command small – medium frigates.
You’ll most likely perform normal – difficult missions, including heavy escorts, leading small fighter assaults, and more.
2: Veteran Engineer: You’ll most likely get your own station to work on projects, you can now demand engineers at the HQ to work on your station to help with these projects, damaged ships will pass by to perform repairs, or upgrades, and you’ll be the main line of production, whether it’s making frigates, fighters, or corvettes, you’ll get the resources you need.
2: Officer: You’re great at commanding ships, you’ll get to command medium – big frigates, and maybe even small destroyers. You’ll have to perform difficult – risky missions, including Heavy escorts, Leading small – medium Assaults, and protecting important locations like Stations or Research facilities.
3: Squadron Leader: You’ve proven to be an elite pilot, and great at commanding others in heated situations, you’ll receive your own squadron of pilots of your choice, and a specially designed fighter. You’ll perform Difficult – Risky missions, including Stealth strikes, leading small fighter assaults, assassinations, and more.
3: Spy: You’ve proven to be a great pilot, but you’re not the best at commanding people, though, you’re great at sneaking past enemies unseen, or gaining intell, you’ll receive your own custom stealth fighter. You must perform Risky – Dangerous Stealth missions, including spying on enemy shipyards, assassinations, infiltrations, and attacking important locations during war.
3: Veteran Officer: You’ll command Small – big frigates, and small – medium destroyers, you’ll also get a chance to work as a second in command officer on cruisers. You’ll do Difficult – risky missions, including Heavy – Nearly Impossible Escorts, Leading small – medium assaults, and protecting important locations like the HQ, Research facilities, and military bases.
3: Captain: You’ll be in command of a cruiser, you’ll be pretty free in what you do, as long as you keep your crew safe, yeah that’s right, you’ll get your own crew, and you’ll decide their rank on your ship, these ranks are ship bound, if you make someone your second in command officer, they won’t get this rank in the faction, only in your ship.
(however, if you command a carrier, you will most likely want atleast 1 engineer, and 2 – 3 Pilots.)
3: Tactical Officer: You’ll usually work on Battlecruisers or Heavy Destroyers (but also on other huge ships), you help the captain on tactical decisions, and plan attacks.
You may also work on military stations to help plan assaults.
4: Admiral: Congratulations, you may now command your own Battlecruiser, Carrier, or Dreadnaught, but if you rather command a cruiser or destroyer, that’s also fine.
You may give missions to Pilot/Engineer ranked members, and you’ll get a spot in our council.
4: Commander: You’ll now gain control over your own Military station, Command post, or planet.
You can give missions to any lower ranked member (including Admirals) and you’ll gain a spot in our council.
5: Fleet Commander: This is me, the fleet commander commands a dreadnaught, Battlecruiser, or carrier, though I’ll mainly work at the HQ or other bases.
That’s all classes for now, Classes are indicated by their numbers in the Faction tab, however, I’ll hold a record of all members' ranks on a text file, and update this post as much as I can.
