I\'ve been using most of the texture from The Sol\'s textures pack and texture simlar to mine craft defualt for the surface. The ice looks pretty awesome being translucent. For the leaves, I punched a buch of holes in it to appear more like in minecraft.


I really like what you did with the lava and the simplistic touch with the texture, very nice on the eyes.

MUST HAVE OMG THIS IS REALLY GOOD

The only negitive i have to say is the black hull souldnt be grey it should remain black, that would make ppl building in vanilla look weird, a black ship would turn grey to your veiw.

@Carnanty; Ah, thats the grey reinforced hull, not the black hull. (in the picture with orange / green / yellow hulls?)

I\'ll upload a picture for you so you can see both grey & black. Let me know what you think!

I\'ll try and keep the designs quite close to vanilla so players can recognize the block easily, i\'ll try pay more attention to hull colours too. Thanks for the feedback.

I really like the green in the game, but perhaps something even less saturated, not pastel, but like a forest instead of a bright green?

I see what you mean Vii. The hull colours are not final yet though. I\'ve had some feedback on colours and will take it all onboard and tweak them accordingly.

It\'s quite a tricky balance to achieve the following 3 things;

1) having the hull colours similar to the original to avoid confusion with players.

2) having the colours and texture \"fit in\" with the style of my other textures,

3) giving you colours you can use to recreate your favorite ships from science fiction.

Tricky, but i don\'t think impossible. I\'ll try and work it out asap.
