Client can now actually start...
So what's the error here.
İ dont understand java language.
İ only make lua scrpiting for like gmod , tf2.

please download this file:
starmade-build_20150319_050107.zip

and unzip it into the starmade folder, overwrite existing files in the directory with the ones from the archive to make sure its no Java-download error.

If my guess is right, the localization causes some trouble, and according to other tickets I worked on, from which I did not get replies yet I assume you may use a language setting of turkish.

In fact its the fourth occurence of a "config parser exception" all they had in common was: turkish operating system as language.
We also had one russian ticket with the same problem, so I assume its related to the charset using or at least interpreting non-standard characters on the keyboard different from other languages locales.

I'm not sure if installing an english java-version may fix it, but if the above attempt with making sure the files are undamaged and in correct state does not help it should be fixed by using an english Java runtime environment or even switching the OS language if possible.

İ'll try to change my OS language and try to install english java.

First only try the english java if you havnt used that (and remember to take teh 64 bit version, it isnt selected automatically)

Okay, downloading the build and overwriting the files makes sure its no java download writing some files wrong.
(We had this a few times, where the checksums seemed to be correct, but the files were broken)

So far I did not get any replies if it works or what steps are required to make it work.
As the config is correct for sure (overwritten by default file), it has to be in the "reading" mechanism of the file.
If it would be a coding error, it would happen on all systems, but it seems to be influenced by OS language.

I have no clue where exactly, but it would be great to get a feedback if forcing java to english, possibly switching the "input" language or switching OS language can fix it somehow.

So english java didn't worked out so i changed my OS language to english (everything to english basically) google search , keyboard , added it on control panel to my languages.

So still no change and yeah its hard to type i because in my original keyboard if i press taht button it types " ' " so anymore 'deas (how do i make question mark)

what java version do you have installed?

hit windows button, type cmd and press enter.
it should open a console, now type:
java -d32 -version
java -d64 -version

and paste the reply or a screen here.

If switching the OS language did not help, feel free to switch back, as it was the only thing in common for all cases with "config parser exception out of nowhere" I blamed the OS language for it, maybe I'm wrong.

Edit : though i'm not sure if my java is 64 bit.
İ searched for a java 64 bit for win8.
But im not sure i installed the right one.
İnstaller's name is "jre-8u40-windows-x64"

In windows 8 it should be named like: "Applications and functions" in system control panel.

Now find ALL installed java-versions and let the OS remove them.

Once this is done, please visit this page:
http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jdk8-downloads-2133151.html

and download the:

Windows x64 - 180.19 MB - jdk-8u40-windows-x64.exe

installer and let it install the Java development kit, near the end of the install it asks if it shall also install the "runtime environment", please allow it to that.

Now restart your computer and try again.
The development kit has some more functions supported than the sole runtime environment, and if its related to a broken/incomplete java installation this should fix it, and make it work.

İt did not ask me anything at all... just asked the directory.

Then it installed itself and said:

mehmet432 .. you are missing the point here. Schema will fix that problem i am sure. No one in the Tester team runs a system in a language setup that seems to be affected by this problem, so we didnt even know it does exist. Be patient. Right now he is doing the docking rework, thats a lot of work. After that he will mostlikely crush some bugs, in that process hopefully he will fix this problem to.
