Option to highlight blocks of a certain type

Basically this. In building mode, clicking this option would highlight the selected block type/s and make the rest of blocks transparent.

Please support my other suggestions if you like them:

• Let servers give out local titles/badges/ranks/medals
  
• New factory button: Add stored blocks to filter
  
• Option to highlight blocks of a certain type
  
• Uniform preview mannequin

Would helpful for trying to connect stuff to computers.

That would be useful for ship refitting as well, since we are like doing it always when we get to a new server or a new patch comes up.

God yes, please!
Not just linking, troubleshooting broken reactors, trying to find places where you've got extra hull, the list goes on and on.
On top of this, a "select all" so you can delete/replace/move the chosen block(s) would be very helpful as well.

Indeed, both for refits and linking computers this would be an excellent idea.

There is sorta a system that does this; play around with the NumPad and the game will place little white dots (which appear through blocks). It cycles through systems and groups (Press a button till you get to "power" then press another to cycle to the group you want to check).
