You are less significant than a WIP faction >: DUrg... the disrespect is beginning to hurt... guuh
Well it's only the big picture at the very beginning of my thread I have linked to in my signature. Not like it was obvious or anything :pTinsy I dunno what the TA emblem is... I'd be glad to fix it if you could provide a picture.
Blasphemy! You are less significant than a WIP faction >: D
scheibeDebris, what was that about fixing TA logo? :D
Oh, okayscheibe
I've got it done, didn't upload the new pic because of a few other changes I wanted to make first.
Honor doesn't win battles. It may be a controversial method to get things done, but clearly it can work.Unfortunately for me and my faction it seems NFD Has not only lied to my face but attempted to ambush me (and failed no damage taken)
Here's the story:
I attacked out of sheer boredom one of NFD "allies" (Thryn) and then continued on my way to attack some more random factions, Little did I know they were in fact allied with NFD. Of course I don't expect them not to be mad at this, and would have fully understood "Hey your a fucking dick" to be their reply.
But no. When FlyingDebris logged on he said that he had been attacked by Thryn and that they are not allied with them.
He then continued to attempt to make all 5 of my members come to his sector to form a fleet to attack Thryn.
I assumed flyingdebris would be alittle bit trustworthy luckly none of my members were able to come from our base to his base apart from myself and my titan.
After the faction members logged off he attempted to get me to come over to his station to grab some ship blueprints to give to my faction.
I at this point did not trust flyingdebris as his story was at breaking point.
However i decided to go in with a core and leave my titan outside of his base along with a member to keep it safe.
At the time of this the server was lagging so his turrets were unable to hit my ship core as i left for my titan and continued to warp home.
Aparently i'm not the first one to be betrayed and lied to by NFD, And I understand many of you will dismiss my claim as it is unfounded and that is why I will leave you with the teamspeak 3 chat log, You can piece the chat together and please note he was talking ingame and wasn't using a mic so its very once sided as far as my replies go.

What is the point of my post you may ask?
Well, I want to warn anyone whom is wise to be careful when forming so called allies with NFD, And I understand we attacked an ally and are willing to live with that. But being lied to and tricked into (well attempted) being ambushed is not an honorable thing to do and leaves one wondering how far deb is willing to go.
You remember how Odium took alot of shit for "made the best they could out of the situation," attacking Imperium while they were allied to Vaygr?NOTICE:
As of this time, the NFD has entered the war against Dread Syndicate.
Earlier today, they attacked the Thryn Monarchy for no reason whatsoever. Nothing was destroyed, and they fled the system when the Thryn member online at the time engaged in TMS Gargarin. A few hours ago, I joined the server intending to join the war against them.
Seeing that we were still set to peace with them, I quickly made the best I could out of the situation. Within a half hour I had the entire Dread Syndicate fleet comprising over 60% of their available resources and five players flying to NFD Corinth base and enter the spire to acquire blueprints for an attack on the Thryn, unaware that it was only a ruse to catch them off guard. However, due to immense server lag and time constraints, only two players showed up in the vessel BRM Watcher. The rest either got left in random places or died on the way there. Zackey_TNT exited the ship and I sent the war declaration. Corinth's defenses immediately opened fire, pounding the BRM Watcher with over 16 million damage per second of missiles. Zackey immediately began begging the admins to TP him out of the sector. The obliged, saving him and his ship in the process. He was last heard yelling at me on Teamspeak about how the NFD are a bunch of lying ----------- and Thryn are ------------. A Thryn patrol of 4 members is underway as we speak to prosecute the ship with a chance to steal it.
We're working on finishing up the new Armstrong class assault carriers to begin a full invasion of their systems.
Their faction is twice our size and evidently have moderately decent ships utilizing swarm missiles, so it'll be all hands on deck for the next few days until we destroy the BRM Watcher, their only titan at present, as well as the other remaining vessels in their fleet.
The key difference is that Vaygr attacked Imperium first. You remember how Odium took alot of shit for "made the best they could out of the situation," attacking Imperium while they were allied to Vaygr?
I suggest you get your janitors and plumber's on stand-by.
My point is you bash on someone for not being "honorable" then turn around and did something "dishonorable" yourself. I also doubt Dread Syndicate attacked NFD at all.The key difference is that Vaygr attacked Imperium first.
They attacked Thryn, and we're allies, sooooMy point is you bash on someone for not being "honorable" then turn around and did something "dishonorable" yourself. I also doubt Dread Syndicate attacked NFD at all.
Tbh I never said attacking someone set to ally was wrong. I poked fun at Zoro about it, but chances are most people would've done the same if they were in his situation. This incident was different, however. The Thryn as well as a number of other factions were attacked, so we would've gotten involved regardless in the interests of stopping them from shooting up noobs. Having our base defenses simply wipe them out was the quickest, most efficient way to make them stop, after which we would have sent a peace request. However, since they still have an operational fleet, the operation will likely be a bit longer and more protracted. My point is you bash on someone for not being "honorable" then turn around and did something "dishonorable" yourself. I also doubt Dread Syndicate attacked NFD at all.
