steam repairing my files seems to have fixed my chat bug. It never seemed to occur on SS though.

I said new installaiton, not allow steam to scan and repair it. Steam ignores files created by the game such as the client-database cache.

Why you want to join the server- I'd want to practice on my building, especially with systems, and it looks like the server has a lot of experienced builders who can probably help me out.

Why i wanna Join the Server: My faction uses it for building ships ingame, and Right now Starside is not updated, so ...
Example of my work: i created a ship that uses logic systems to run pretty much the entire ship, from turrets to the missles

Reason why i want to join: Would like to see how well i can play on a multiplayer server, and the chance to actually run into other players! Never really had the opportunity to play on a server before and this one seems friendly enough!
Example of work, ill give two and you decide!
The first is my mining vessel, i call it the Ultimatum
The second is a missile frigate i use to attack prate stations, i call it the Hellhound :3

Vanilla of course, *this* server was literally my first time joining any server. Its weapons are stronger than it looks too, though, i cant use it when other people are around
