New thruster plums fail

Hello !

I go straight to the point.

I link the computer to a light to get that nice colored plum.



if i try to upgrade one of my existing ship or even one i just spawned it doesn't work. i try removing/replacing the thruster blocks after linking the core to the light but to no avail.

Blueprint trouble ???

Edit: After a little try i dound that enabling the framebuffer gives me back twi things.

Edit 2: Enabling bloom effect does give me back the thruster plums. FPS dropped also.

Try crossing a sector boundary? I've heard that has some effect on new thruster plumes iirc.

Just change sectors, either by teleporting or just flying to the next sector. If plumes aren't appearing, that SHOULD make them pop up. It works fine for me, with the framebuffer disabled.

nope.
When framebuffer off and bloom effect off i have no thruster plums.
With either of them on i have thruster plums and a really big FPS drop.

Weird; mine seems to work fine without them.

Has any solution been found to this problem? Or do you need to have bloom or frame buffer on for them to work? Because with bloom on I get 6 fps, with frame buffer I get 13 fps, would like to see the thruster plumes, but if I need to have either of those on then sadly I don't get to.
