Help when i´m playing on my dedicated server i cant see my friend only when i suicide i can see him but he can´t see me.

Btw. he got no account is this maybe the reason?

ive downloaded the launcher sooo many times now and it just tells me i have the wrong client version and thus i cant get on my server :S
