In-Ship-Teleporter

    You already have an ingame in ship teleport system. Create a teleporter unit of some sort and dock it wherever in your ship you want to teleport to. Get as creative as you like or just have a simple single ship core.

    Enter one core and just use arrow keys to get about and un enter at your desired destination.

    No need for any game additions whatsoever.
    Well, my ship has 31 Turret Docking Ports, 2 Shuttle Docking Ports and 1 Ship Docking Port, switching through every docked ship core would be very annoying.

    You make a good point, but not a hard thing to get around. For example you could have your "teleport" points being illuminated by blue or green light or something that makes it very easy to differentiate them from your turret and shuttle docking views, so as you can rapidly cycle through them.

    Then, effectively, it's identical to a transporter system, except that it also includes the docks and turrets are included in the system... allowing you to "teleport" to them, too, if you choose. It's not perfectly ideal, sure, but it does function very well for what you want in the meantime until the possibility that transporters are included in the game. Just trying to give you a functional way of doing what you want with what we've got. :)
