Game cannot be opened under any circumstances

MY COMPUTER IS BRAND NEW AND EVERYTHING IS UPDATED

i cant even play the game at all, ive reported the bug serveral times, nothing has been done about it

ive redownloaded the entire game, deleted my entire folder and reinstalled still same error

It says clearly there that GPU shader is not supported, and that you should update your graphics driver. You must have rather old graphics card, or perhaps no card at all (integrated to motherboard)?

But if you say it worked before, know that developer changed cube rendering code. He could change it back to compatible with your card.

Yeah it\'s the good ol\' Intel chipset bug. Update drivers, or buy a new computer : /

It happens with other games too (KSP for example).

and intel hd graphics 4000

i have a regular graphics card, and btw i cant do that because it doesnt list i5 processors, my computer is too new for me to follow this procedure

I spent a few hours working on a way to fix it and found a possible solution for you.

Try installing a outdated driver model and then getting the new one again. For some reason this has now got it working. (Also; an Intel i3 user)

Side note: graphical performance in game is much smoother than before too, despite it being the same driver.
