Greetings Citizens,
We've now come to the conclusion of our first term of the Council of Intergalactic Representatives. Our inaugural definitely was a learning experience for both our councilors and the dev team as we all worked together to refine our processes and procedures, how we communicated between each other, and how to most efficiently work together towards a better game. Through the council's involvement we discussed many many suggestions, of which some that were identified the council made it into the game. We discussed a number of game aspects to get their different points of views before looking at introducing it to the wider public. Through polls and reports we gained a greater understanding of the community's thoughts on certain subjects, balance suggestions, etc that lead to us being able to make more informed decisions. The council also honored a number of StarMade citizens who showed an aptitude in aspects of the game; from being creative with logic and rails, to those who contributed much to the community as a whole through the wiki, forums, mods and more.
While you might not have seen all the conversations that took place, they sufficiently deliberated over what the biggest concerns of the game were, and through discussions with Schine we were able to address a number of them.
So a big thank you for all the time and effort the councilors put in.

All the best to all those applying, and once again thank you to the councilors of Term 1.
