Drone Wars Competition , Season 2

Looks like 3 base types and there's just different colors per main launcher. Not sure about his ruling on color as long as there isn't any other changes that'd result in more than 3 base types.

So I happened to be sTrolling by looking for interesting threads and here I wander upon drone wars? I don't know how I missed the first season but I must toss my hat into this ring.

Presenting LSD's entry for Drone Wars.

This entry comes packed with more uses than a village bicycle that has variable recharging fees. We at LSD have included more power than a twelve horse buggy and a satchel of apples. This entry is sure to energize the competition to new levels of mayhem. Said entry is guaranteed to last 2.5x longer than the leading entry*.

Guarantee not valid in 48 out of 50 states. Warranty void where prohibited (practically everywhere). Limited Time offer, offer expires shortly after conclusion of drone wars, or at the earliest convenience.

No mammals were harmed in the making of this post.

Are there three different types and several different colors? Colors shouldn't matter, as long as it's just a recolor and no changes of appearance other than color are made. That's my opinion, not Drakkart's, so don't quote me on that.

That was what I was asking (I mean the color swapping) but what I had understood from Drakkart's answer it was a : "no sorry". But maybe it's me who misunderstood the answer (or bad asking the question).

Super happy someone could enjoy that shape. I was totally at a loss for how to hide the truly boring rack underneath. So I decided to go a little bizarre =P

I was also under the same impression. Perhaps Drakkart could clarify whether or not colors are definitive of drone types? :3 Though the drones in question are also numbered 1 - 4 which adds further confusion to the mess. @_@ Are we restricted based on load outs only? or physical appearance as well?

i have not looked at it but from the description it says 32 of kind 1 and 8 of the other two kinds so should be good nope i am not judging on the colors ... i mean it would be easier if they all were same color but i think we can go along with that

It... could be an entry? Question mark? Doesn't seem like it would violate any of the posted rules, but I only see maybe 3 small drones on it total. Unless each of them is over 800 mass I don't think it would fill up the mass requirements <_<

I like to imagine that the drones are so well built, that the three of them will win. Really though, I think it needs a bit O fixing from its maker if it wants to actually compete.

Sgtwisky, you might check your carrier launcher. I tried it 3 times and always there are 2 laser drones blocked (the 2 ones on the front-left) and 4 little one (2 from each side, it's seems like one block the launch of the 2nd one). This 6 still docked. So maybe it's a bug from my side while importing them but in case of you may take a look too.

Your welcome, this is the least I can do, my engineering team already glean plent of data on your stuff. :D It wouldn't be really fair play to omit that thing. I participate for fun, I want to see some good fight. I don't really care about win or loose (even if I try to aim the win).
