In alphabetical order, I would like to congratulate the 7 new council members who have been elected:

To those of you who did not get in, I urge you to keep on trying and help out regardless of set title or duty. This is our first council, the elections in the next 3 months or so might turn out a different outcome. Throughout this first council, we will be evaluating and modifying all aspects (applications, elections, roles, guidelines and so on). There were a fair number of strong contenders in our first election, I'll be ensuring that the next one will build on from what was learnt here.

In response to a request for some statistics, we will be releasing some stats. If you have any requests for specific statistics to be shown, post below. (Stats will need to hide voter identity)

We hope to have the council fully operational within the next few days.

I think posting a set of plots displaying which candidate recieved which percentage of the votes (the different choices will be accounted for in the separate plots) will cover most statistics requests. No absolute number of votes should be shown. Whether or not a choice is ignored, because the previous candidate was elected and had no overflow of votes, should be ignored too, to further obscure the votes, although the 1st choice won't be affected by that.
