When I am switching to an old version and then to the newest, a combination of right and wrong block textures are used. Redownloading does not help.

wow, 6 minutes between the "I have a problem" till the "I'm impatient with my problem" second post. You need to Chill and use the search function to see if other people have ever had similar issues.
More to the point: You have not provided your system specs (like dxdiag stuff) so how can anyone who WOULD help you know what the problem might be?
You also didn't include any of the error log files from the starmade directory, etc...
