Suggested Amping up player character movement speed

So, my suggestion is that you'd add something that would replace the need to spawn a ship core for slightly quicker player movement. Some kind of player item that would be toggleable on the hotbar to boost your movement speed by 30-ish m/s like a jetpack or something. This would rid us of random ship cores floating everywhere.

While not officially planned, the jetpack idea was mentioned by the devs in the Q&A. There are also several threads on the matter already.

As for the "cores floating all over" issue. It'd be fine if people just picked them up after using them (I do). Seriously, it's not hard or time consuming to do :P
