So, lets tweak the order:mining to be able to mine without loading a sector.
It may seem like a new system, but essentially, it is just what the NPC factions do on collecting resources.
If the AI can do things, we humans can do too, right?
It has some drawbacks, such as the mining rate being a bit slow. Still, being able to collect resources while fighting a war in a different place will be very good.
