Shouldn't be too incredibly long. Investing in a Mac soon. Going to try and use my old laptop before then to at least finish the texture pack. Hard to give an ETA but I'll let you know when some sort of "alpha" is ready.

EDIT: Laptop working. Hope to get this sucker ready to go within a week. Stay tuned

Got my old laptop working. Not the best, but it get's the job done. This is the first update here on the forums, instead of the blog. I'm deleting the blog (or at least not using it anymore). The only issue is that this laptop can't run Starmade, and I will start needing screenshots soon. I may enlist someone on here to take them for me. We will see.

• New computer running. Can get back to work on the project.
• Deleting blog.
• Updated CPU's to have a more unified look.

More on its way. Things should be picking up speed now. These updates will/should be frequent (Getting stuff done so fast, they may be quick), And should have more stuff on them. This is the first so it's pretty small. Sorry for the delays! Stay tuned, Alpha soon!

These panels really look like taken from Star Wars. Good job!
Although I believe they would look more alive (and more closely represent 1970s technology) if you'd use some kind of orange/yellow for the displayed stuff (instead of the light red).

I actually tested that out but wasn't sure on the look. Also tried blue and green too. Will give it another try. Thanks for the tip :p

More work done. As always, stuff can change. Just trying to get ideas down so I can release the alpha. I can always change these later. Feel free to comment and voice your opinions.

Erm... I could try and make some. Two of those decorative blocks are placeholder anyway (couldn't think of anything at the time). Thanks for the suggestion

EDIT: I suppose there is always the mod too. So anything that can't fit into the texture pack gets shoved on the back burner for the mod. (But I'll go ahead and make that one of the decorative panels).

New skins for weapons and such. I'm quite happy with the results. Missiles have carbon scoring, beams have smaller barrels, etc. Pure love. More coming. I'm about 65% done by now. Almost time to begin work on the mod.

Warning thing for the rockets and they all could have fake manual controls. Exhaust thing in back of rockets green lights on salvage etc
