Is there any (preferably) up-to-dated ship editors?

So I've been trying to give myself the blueprints of all the factions so i could see what they look like , get ideas and possibly improve them to my liking, and for the most part it worked. The problem im running into is that any Ship or Station file that contains "ATTACHMENT_#" will not show...

I can't start SMEdit with current version. I tryed old versions but i can't start it too.

So I was working on a ship and I saved it around half an hour before some pirates attacked. I moved away from the sector and admin loaded it, but it came out with all of the battle damage. Is there any way I can fix this?
